As a remote student, I’ve faced numerous issues that have made this program far below the standard I expected, especially given its accreditation by AHIMA and CAHIM. One of the most frustrating aspects of this program is its complete lack of organization. Many course materials contained expired links and outdated content, leaving students without the necessary resources to succeed. The required AHIMA coding books arrived too late, causing multiple units to be crammed into one—creating unnecessary stress and confusion. Communication with professors was also a nightmare; I had to send multiple emails just to get a response about missing or outdated materials. Adding to the frustration, the so-called “coding roundtable,” which was supposed to count as clinical experience, was poorly facilitated due to these delays and issues. Instead of a helpful learning experience, it felt disorganized and ineffective. The biggest disappointment, however, has been the complete lack of support from the success coaches. They were of no help whatsoever and seemed to be entirely unfamiliar with the program. When students need guidance or help navigating such a poorly structured program, it’s disheart
